The Berlin startup Einhorn (from Kreuzberg) has been producing fair, sustainable, vegan and sexy condoms, menstrual cups and much more since 2015. To ensure the fairness and sustainability of the condoms, the makers* of Einhorn first identified and documented all participants in the condom value chain and appointed one person as "Head of Fairstainability". The main work in condom production takes place in Malaysia and the workers, in this case rubber tappers, on the plantations do an incredibly hard job. The rubber is "harvested" at night. Einhorn's goal is to ensure that both women, men and nature are treated well in condom production and Einhorn wants to prove that sex is much better with a clear conscience.
A second mainstay of Einhorn is the "Period Revolution": Period products that take menstruating women seriously, celebrate their periods and are fun at the same time. The goal is a sustainable product range with a fair mission. These menstrual products, such as the practical menstrual cup, make the world a little bit better. Menstruation cups make life easier for menstruating women and are at the same time sustainable and environmentally friendly. 

Einhorn invests 50% of its profits in charitable projects, such as fair and sustainable standards in rubber cultivation or projects for the observance of human rights in Tanzania.
