The present conditions rule the sales by Gundara for the products on the following website: http://www.gundara.com.
Article 1 – Prices
Prices are shown in Euros. Taxes are not included (except for products shipped with DHL from Berlin). The import tax is to be paid at the customs for any product entering a country. Gundara may change its prices at any time.
Bills are written on the base of the prices at the time of the order. Products remain property of Gundara until the complete payment of the order.
Article 2 – Order
Your orders are passed through the website http://www.gundara.com.
Gundara may refuse an order to any client who caused or is causing trouble.
As we receive our products from Afghanistan or other countries of Central Asia, it is not feasable for us to take products back.
Article 3 – Shipping/ Delivery
The ordered items are shipped to the delivery address mentioned when the order has been taken. The shipping fee includes the packing fee. Items are shipped as soon as available and as soon as the order is paid. In the case of a direct shipping from Kabul, Afghanistan, a production time, that might vary according to the quantity of items to be produced, may be added.
In case of an unusual delay, due to a stock problem, any problem in Afghanistan, an email will be sent to you.
In case of direct shipping from Kabul, Afghanistan, or of an order to a country out of the European Union, you are considered as the importer of the ordered products.
Only if the weight of the package is more than 2kg or the "DHL Paket" option is chosen, goods sent by Gundara within Germany are insured for up to 500€ and can be tracked. Otherwise Gundara does not take any responsibiity for the arrival of the ordered goods.
Article 4 – Payment
The payment of the order is due when the order is passed through preferably bank transfer to our German bank account or through Paypal.

Article 6 – Ownership
Texts, comments, images on the website www.gundara.com are owned by Gundara in terms of intellectual property. Reproduction is allowed for sole private or non-commercial use. Any other reproduction would be counterfeiting without the authorization of Gundara.
Article 7 – Responsibility
The proposed products are in conformity with the German law. Gundara's liability cannot extend in case of discrepancy with the laws of countries where the products may be delivered to. It is your own responsibility to check with the local authorities on the possibilities of importing or using the products you wish to order. Photos and texts describing products are not contractual. Hence, Gundara is not responsible for any mistake related to texts and photos of products.
Gundara shall not be responsible for the not fulfilling contracts in case of stock problems, exceptional cases, war situation, general or partial strike of postal services, flood, fire, bombing or any problem of the producer.
Gundara shall not be responsible for the content of websites linked to http://www.gundara.com.
Article 8 – Applicable laws
The present contract is under German law. The language of the present contract is English. In case of any court case, the German courts are the responsible ones.
Article 9 – Information on customers
Gundara shall not provide any customer information to third parties. Customer information is confidential. This information collected is used to process the order. According to the law, you have access to the information about yourself, and shall ask for any edition. You would then contact us by email or post providing your first name and last name, as well as your address.
